Advanced Vehicle Diagnostics – Preston

Advanced Vehicle Diagnostics at Hardings Garage

Fault-finding on modern cars becomes ever more complex. Almost all are run by a small central computer called an ECU (engine control unit), which controls everything from the windscreen wipers to the fuel flow through your engine.

The first sign of a problem is usually the engine management warning light appearing on your dashboard; this doesn’t tell you what the fault is, but Hardings Garage in Preston can. We have all the up-to-date diagnostic software that, when plugged into your vehicle’s ECU, will reveal exactly what is wrong. Don’t delay; chances are it’s a minor fault, but it’s better to know and get it fixed – we’re here to help.

When a garage has been in business as long as Hardings Garage, it is important to recognise the benefits of having an excellent reputation and affiliations with several highly regarded national motor industry including Castrol, Servicesure, and the (IMI) Institute of the Motor Industry. We are committed to always giving outstanding workmanship and exceptional customer service at fair prices.
